I appreciate the talent the Lord has given me, but sometimes when I try to worship, I end up listening to my voice and try to make it sound better and end up voice training rather than worshipping and I hate it when I do it, but adhd won't let me breathe. anyone know how to deal with this?

Keep trying, you should go some vocal warm ups. Some simple ones are doing a solfège scale and lip trills and body warm ups because those help your voice
