Also, NCC didn't assess any new properties in the last year. This impacted new build homes and businesses. They got a pass! In Middletown this includes Target, Sprouts, Hobby lobby, etc. They paid no taxes property or school tax!

Mine went up almost $1000😔 christina school district. Im so mad. I live in a culda sac and the 7 houses assessments and taxes vary
