referees should be firm that if it is not after the third touch, players can't reach beyond the net regardless if there is no player playing the ball. it is impossible to have no player ro play the ball because saving it under the net with an underhand forearm hit is still a valid touch and reaching over because of the reason that no one is blocking, setting, attacking, actually prohibits the player to get their valid touches. VNL and FIVB should revise this rule as this is the most inconsistent challenge category that was ever formed. i don't want it to be removed, i just want it to be firm and objective for everyone, even the casual viewers, to understand it easily like the other challenges.

จริงๆ ขึ้นอยู่กับกรรมการด้วยค่ะ เพราะการตัดสินใจมันรวดเร็ว ถ้าตัดสินเปลี่ยนไปเปลี่ยนมา กรรมการจะไม่น่าเชื่อถือ ส่วนมาก จะยึดการตัดสินครั้งแรกของตัวเอง
