I’m a barista, 1st make the espresso, then you need to put the espresso with 2 cubes of ice and shake em (not with hand movements but with the maschine dk the name in English) then you need a cup with ice , Whisk cold milk in a cold metal cup and make it foamy then put the milk on top and you ready

All'steps correct. I bet tastes better than half coffee places in GR. I would use less cinnamon but it's matter of preference.

you can whisk the espresso with ice with a machine and you can use the 0% fat its better for freddo cappuccino

2 espresso, shake them with ice, exactly as the Freddo espresso. Take cold milk low calories and whisk it with the good machine until it gets like a cloud. Place it as you did but less foam, and less cinnamon

You use a bigger cup so u can put some water after in it and it works also for freddo espresso

Nice try! Your coffee should be blended with three ice cubes in a mixer and passed through a strainer to retain the excess foam, but not so much cinnamon 😎
