Head chef Miller “Mimmo” Cowie has teamed up with Charley Snadden Wilson from Clover to bring Romana style pizzas and hearty dishes to the table. Inspired by the alpine rifugios of Northern Italy, The Alps 2.0 is your new winter hideaway full of wine warmth and feel good food. Such a punchy little bite 🧀 Carbonara Slice: Loved the cheese flavour, slightly heavy and could’ve leaned more into the carbonara vibes 🍄 Funghi Pizza: Oyster mushroom, leek cream, gremolata… insanely delicious, crisp and full of flavour ❤️‍🔥 Jura x Toscana: Comté, mustard, onion, mozzarella, pecorino… a super thin Romano-style base with bold, savoury flavour Service was warm and attentive without overstepping, the space is cosy and totally date night material.
