From Japanese, to Indian, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, etc. I saw Chinese products that I've never seen outside of China!  Hit the link https://dada.link/JjaW7j to start ordering with my code Easy Beef Noodle Soup Recipe 600ml beef stock 1 portion noodles (whatever you like) Handful of cabbage, thinly sliced (or any greens) 2 tsp light soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 2 tsp sesame oil Pinch of salt 1 egg, soft boiled Handful of coriander, roughly chopped 1 tsp sesame seeds, to garnish 1 tbsp chilli oil, to garnish, optional Method Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Cook your egg as well if having. Heat up the stock in a pot and add the cabbage, light soy, dark soy, sesame oil and salt. Bring to the boil then simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the cabbage is soft. Taste to adjust seasoning. Serve the noodles in a bowl and ladle over the broth.
