But they send many letters with false love and kindness. This makes TC basically annoy BE and misbehave around BE. Because KOF encourages it and praises him for it. While kof praises, b.e punishes Thirteen for it, making Thirteen dislike B.E and want to rebel even more. Thirteen basically yearns for praise and approval. It makes him feel way better about himself and his predicament. He will do anything just for a subtle gesture of affection and approval. When BE found out about the letters..let's just say he was not a very happy person.
