Luxury isn’t luxury anymore. Part of luxury is the experience and it sucks

The prices at Tiffany rn are literally insane. I can’t justify it. Silver necklaces that cost 3k+ is bonkers

McKinsey alums are a great way to destroy value in a company.

He literally ruined Sephora… the reason I left after almost 10 years. It still makes me sooo sad the rapid decline of what was a great company that cared about creativity, education and products. Now they just want to shove credit cards down your throat and make as much money as possible without giving a shit about their clients. Eff you!

knew it was bad when silver prices tripled but Tiffany's is now charging customer $20 a piece for cleaning that used to be complementary

For context, Arnault is also the 7th richest person in the world. If $1 =1 second, a 6 figure salary is a little over 1 day, a millionaire has about 11.5 days, and Bernie has about 4,800 YEARS. Tax the rich

I just miss having a trusted brand and a quality product. Why spend a lot of money for polyester and/or poor craftmanship. Why spend a lot of money to be treated poorly?

Almost every brand that LVMH has bought has lost its uniqueness. I was not surprised to hear about this customer service experience.

Tiffany is a fucking mess. 9 years ago my cousin went and was basically treated like royalty and when we just went like 6 months ago for another wedding and they were so rude and dismissive

So! I worked there in 2021, and we literally had a policy for “pre-2018” bags and “post-2018” bags because that’s when the outsourcing started and the quality went down. It was expected of the new product to not wear well or stand the test of time.

My old job outsourced their CS after the main girl walked off.
The new outsource team decided to start Fresh and delete all 2k+ tickets, which sent out emails to every customer saying their tickets were resolved.
good times.
