Happened to me last year after a large grocery haul. My freezer was under warranty and I sent them the receipt and the reimbursed me for the spoiled groceries. Good luck Karissa and Karl.

Try your insurance, ours pays for our food up to 500 when something like this happens and we don’t have to pay a deductible for this type of claim!
