I don’t typically come back to comment on recipes I’ve tried. But as someone who’s failed at making basque cheesecake this came out perfect. Like restaurant style perfect. I skipped the cream fraîche and only used sour cream and heavy cream and it was perfect. And it’s very customizable the next time I make it I’d leave it for like 2mins longer. But overall 10/10 recipe and it’s not in my books.
