My brother used to be a line cook over there!! I went like 15 years ago before they changed the overall aesthetic and it was so cool!! They used to have a life-size mannequin of Leather Face at the top of the stairs and it was super spooky

the gas station in bastrop from the movie also has bbq!!! i used to work at a haunted house down the road from it. hooper’s is def on my bucket list! 🤍

Place is cool but food that we got wasn’t the best. Definitely need to check out the gas station. Also they didn’t have any gift shop items for the Texas chainsaw. Said it wouldn’t be there until October which I think that doesn’t make sense

went here a this summer. really food is meh. very little movie memorabilia. only 2 shirt were sold in “gift shop”. disappointing. more of just a brunch place trying too hard. not worth it. 2.5/5
