@iameroc: Is a side yard a deal breaker for you? This is the case for my client! He instantly fell in love with the neighborhood upon arrival. This home has everything he is looking for on paper in terms of space and functionality. However he was not a fan of how the space flowed. He did not like the fact the yard is on the side of the house and not in the back of the home, despite it being large in size, surrounded by privacy trees and has a KOI POND😩 He has a big family and plans on hosting a lot so the flow of the backyard is a very big deal for him. Its a special feeling buyers typically feel when they KNOW they just found “the one”. After 2 hours of deliberations outside of the home, we ultimately decided this was not the one and the search must continue !!!
