That’s real nice and easy, but if you don’t think quickly or you don’t have the right words to say then it’s not gonna work out. You can tell me what to say all day long but if it isn’t done organically we will never get the job

Positive training and inclusive management. I should be trained to take my managers job when the time is right, and to train people that come behind me to take mine. And we should ALWAYS be open to anyone's ideas no matter their place on the totem pole. Im alllll about the team, no one is going to get anywhere if we dont all have each others best interest in mind.
