@markwilmson: How to answer “What Motivates You” in an interview. This is a tricky interview question. #jobinterview #interviewtips #interviewhacks #motivation #whatmotivatesyou
What I say is "My motivation is gaining knowledge as well as sharing the knowledge that I have aquired throughout my career in the industry. I want to contribute to the success of the company in all aspects. I thrive on problem solving and if I don't know the answer I will find it out and not pass it off to someone else. "

That’s real nice and easy, but if you don’t think quickly or you don’t have the right words to say then it’s not gonna work out. You can tell me what to say all day long but if it isn’t done organically we will never get the job

Positive training and inclusive management. I should be trained to take my managers job when the time is right, and to train people that come behind me to take mine. And we should ALWAYS be open to anyone's ideas no matter their place on the totem pole. Im alllll about the team, no one is going to get anywhere if we dont all have each others best interest in mind.

@Gordzillax: I have learned a ton from your content. Thank you! While much of it applies to nonprofit interviews, it is more geared toward corporate sales roles. I understand that your specialty, but if possible, it would be incredibly helpful to see more tips specific to nonprofit interviews included in your mix.
