Listen up, until there is first hand knowledge of a crime, not a call of suspicion, it is hearsay. until the caller identifies themselves, the cops can not conspire to manufacture a crime, nor make any complaint on their own of a crime, we have the right to confront ANY ACCUSER, Period!
