I had a similar experience , I weaned by only nursing when my kid asked not pulled my shirt but asked, then it would be for 10 mins of less, saying all done, like he would have a meltdown I’ve been support from someone else to completely distract them, and then I would run away to separate myself

Allergies have been so bad this year in PA. I've never had it this severe, especially yesterday. I had an allergy induced asthma attack which causes the coughing and wheezing. Over the counter allergy meds have helped a little but at some point I'll have to see a specialist. Hope he feels better!
