30 fps is much better, trx playing gta 5 on a ps3 thsts 30 fps mostly 27 and its very playable, most movies, tikrok and yt videos are in 25 to 35 fps

People act like 30 FPS is automatically bad, but look at Red Dead Redemption 2. It's locked at 30 FPS on consoles and still feels smooth because Rockstar has excellent frame pacing and animations. Stable 30 FPS is much better than unstable 60 FPS. If GTA 6 is as polished as RDR2, 30 FPS won't be a problem
