I read the correct dosage was 10,000 so is it ok that I took 2 pills daily, since I initially purchased this same complex: a bag that has 5K IU D3 + 100 MCG K2 from Micro Ingredients Please advise as it’s time to reorder.

the way I understand it is you can take up to 4,000 IUS a day of vitamin D3 so that's 28,000 for a week so I take one of these Monday Wednesday Friday which gives me 30,000 for the week

It's amazing how everything changes all the time dosages. When to take it, when not to take it, what to take it with? What not to take it with it's crazy eat. Good food grow your own food, eat it, you'll be fine.
