they get their roster 10days before month end. then only, they can see when they are off. that means you can't plan your life. you miss birthdays or special moments. they work horrible hours, extremely early mornings, and very late evenings. they basically live only for work. thats probably why they want better salaries, just to make up for the life they cant really live.
