Tangentially related, song of the dryads turns off bello’s effect because they both are layer 4 and song would be most recent timestamp ? Is that correct

Tangentially related but because you brought up Bello; does this layer/“even if the ability is removed” clause mean that killing Bello during combat doesn’t remove the artifacts/enchantments he animated from combat?
