Ashwaganda is really weird, I’ve been taking it for a long time on and off but only the first couple months I took it did I feel this detachment, recently I haven’t felt it near as much but I find my temper and stress is a lot lower/more tolerable. Not necessarily good tho, sometimes I procrastinate so much and I just don’t “care” in a sense where as normally I would procrastinate and then act on it to try make the best out of the situation whereas now it’s kinda like I don’t take that action anymore. It’s worked magic for me but maybe at a dire cost.

It has been linked to liver disease! As soon as I found that out I threw the bottle in the bin, and I was starting to feel constant pain around the center of my belly which I suspected was Ashwaghandla. People do your deep research please 🙏🏽 be careful
