Would you want to come back to this world to delete something? If so, you still have time. Ya Ukhti (my sister), listen to these words with your heart... Allah says:
If Allah were to take your soul right now - this very moment - and you were to watch your TikTok page as your dead self, what would you feel seeing those videos? Would you want to come back to this world to delete something? If so, you still have time. Ya Ukhti (my sister), listen to these words with your heart... Allah says: "Tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not reveal their adornments except what normally appears." (24:31). Yet here we are, broadcasting ourselves to the world, thinking screens make it different. Our Prophet ﷺ warned us: "Women who are dressed yet appear naked, who are inclined towards men and cause men to be inclined towards them. They will not enter Paradise, nor will they even smell its fragrance." Think about that. Not even the fragrance of Jannah. All for what? A few likes? Some comments? Followers who won't even pray for you when you're in your grave? Let me paint you a reality that might shatter your heart: Right now, as you read this, there are men who have saved your videos. They replay them at night with wrong intentions. Every view, every replay, every wrong thought - it's flowing into your book of deeds. Even as you sleep. Even when you're in your grave. That music you used... it's still playing, still collecting sins. Ibn al-Qayyim said: “Music is the Quran of Shaytan.” He calls people to him with it. Think about it - when was the last time you felt that same excitement for actual Quran as you do for music? Those videos of you dancing to music, showing your beauty to strangers, the inappropriate jokes, the flirting in comments - would you want your mother to see them? Your father? More importantly, are you ready to show them to Allah? Each time someone watches your videos with wrong intentions, the sins are flowing into your book of deeds. Even while you sleep. Even after you die. Is that the ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) you want to leave behind? This is digital zina, sister. Those "innocent" dances, those "just for fun" videos - they're tearing down your hayaa (modesty), piece by piece. And remember, hayaa is a branch of faith itself. Those likes? Those comments? Those followers? They won't stand with you in your grave. They won't defend you before Allah. Is that worth missing out on even the scent of Paradise? But listen - there's hope. There's always hope with Allah. He can replace every haraam like with a hasanah, every wrong view with a good deed - but only if you turn back to Him now. Not tomorrow. Now. Think of your worth in Allah's eyes. You are a diamond, meant to be protected, valued, honored. Not displayed for likes and views that mean nothing in your grave. Here's what you need to do right now: 1. Put down your phone 2. Make wudu 3. Pray two rakahs of repentance 4. Come back and clean your social media like you're cleaning your heart for Allah Remember - that temporary "feeling cute" moment could cost you eternal Paradise. Is it worth it? Is any of it worth missing out on the sweetness of Jannah? Paradise is too precious to lose over a TikTok feed. Your modesty is too valuable to trade for views. Your soul is too beautiful to sell for likes. You still have time. Right now. Your soul is still in your body. Your phone is still in your hands. Those delete buttons still work. Tomorrow? We don't know if we'll see it. Choose now. Choose Jannah. Choose what pleases Allah over what pleases your followers. Clean your page now like tomorrow is your Day of Judgment. Because for some of us, it might be. Don't wait. Don't delay. Open your TikTok right now. Look at it with the eyes of your soul, not through the lens of your nafs. Delete what doesn't please Allah.
