1. To a pot add 1/3 cup of flaxseeds and 3/4 cup water (double the ratios if you want more gel) 2. Bring to a boil on medium/high heat 3. Keep stirring while it’s boiling for 3-4min and remove the pot off of the burner 4. Quickly strain through a strainer or cheesecloth 5. Store the flaxseed gel in your fridge when not using !!
