I hate it when cops speak with an accent or broken English. cuz its been my experience that those cops either don't understand exactly how things work in America like a lot of immigrants. but they always make the worst cops. meaning they know the laws and policies of their jurisdiction or the constitution even more so then American born a breed officers. and some people will say that im being racist. but im just being honest and speaking on my experiences.
