afternoon, please advise, I'm going through pain everyday, restless nights ,memories keeps on coming back and today it's worse cause it's my late wife's birthday, she passed on on the 25 of January and I'm not okay, it hurts ,I'm tired of crying all I need is to rest, been drinking a lot hoping I'll be better, but it always feels like it happened yesterday, when I speak to our kids I can't finish talking coz my tears get filled with tears , is this going to help ?
