Honestly as a bike rider myself I think this is irresponsible of the biker. Due to our current times he knew that not removing his helmet was going to bring attention to him.

So I looked up laws in Arizona while there is no state law requiring removal of a helmet stores are able to establish their own rules that you must remove your helmet. Police shouldn’t have been called as no crime took place

As someone who wears full riding gear, who has Bluetooth setup in their helmet, regardless of if it’s legal for me to wear that gear in a store. One I don’t have music playing so I’m aware of my surroundings and two if I wear my helmet, I have my face visible. People are full of fear these days so if your acting like this guy, your inviting a misunderstood confrontation. Don’t act like this guy even if it’s legal.
