How many did you take a day? I used these for Bali and they were great! None of us had Bali Belly.

Saved me in Bali! You’re meant to take it 1-2 weeks before you go to build up! And take everyday while you’re away. I even got sick for a few hours only and vomited, had a nap went to dinner that night and was good to go rest of my trip! It’s like it helped my body get rid of whatever I caught!

A travel tip is to take probiotics 2-3 months before you go! I take inner health plus 2 mths before & never get ill

SB probiotics definitely help and I won’t go to Bali without them however I did just come back from Bali on Thursday with a different strain of gastro, I’m into day 8 now! And I took the probiotics 2 weeks prior and the 2 weeks while in Bali but still got the sick 😭😭

We took Travelan in Bali before every meal and it definitely saved us. Even when we still felt a bit uneasy after a meal an extra travelan would sort it out

you probably didnt use travelan correctly. I had chemotherapy so my immune system sucks. I took travelan while in Vietnam for 3 weeks and ate anything. I never got sick or anything, travelan is really good

Hand hygiene is also very important… especially after handling cash … pack loads of hand sanitizer 💪

Travelan has helped me so much because I have a very weak stomach. I hv used it in Bali & Thailand. But I also had a back up pill Lomotil which helps stop an upset stomach. But never used it on any of my trips. I use it here in Melbourne when I get gastro
