@boltthrowerbbq: The sizzling sounds of pork chops on the grill. 1️⃣ Take bone-in pork chops and marinate them in Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce for 6 hours or so. 2️⃣ Fire up the Kamado Joe Classic II and stabilize it at 400f. Set up one side with the cast iron insert in the lower position and the other side with a grill grate in the upper spot. 3️⃣ Sear the chops on the cast iron for 2 minutes a side until some nice grill marks form. 4️⃣ Move the chops the the other side of the grill and baste with more Bachan’s sauce. Flip after a few minutes and repeat on the other side. Once they hit 145f internal pull them and let rest for 10 minutes.
