So when police are dispatched and the info is “caller said African American male, about 6ft tall is harassing women in a Victoria secret” the two police go there and sure enough there’s a tall (6-6.5 ft) African American in a red shirt talking to a woman in Victoria secret and she looks uncomfortable…who do you think they are going to check with? The short black guy with a blue shirt? Or the tall black man with the red shirt! Remember the police go into situations where they are told little info but have to make decisions in split seconds!
