So after filing the nail you don’t apply anything you go straight to the polygel and it sticks perfectly

Im doing a nail tech course, so I’m going to advise your on a mistake. Firstly use a buffer, when buffing your nails. The one you using, is damaging your nail plate, which may lead to infection or other contradictions in the future. Secondly you should prep your nails, this will protect your nail from damages.
