@the_readystate: Got a hot elbow (or knee, or shoulder) that's keeping you from training? Enter: VooDoo flossing. 🌀 This is one of our favorite tools for managing irritation in the system, especially when something feels "hot," cranky, or just not quite right. Here's the basic flow: ➡️ Wrap the affected area lightly (we're talking ~5/10 compression). Not a tourniquet, not nothing either. ➡️ Do some dumb work. Nothing fancy. 30 sec on, 30 sec off, 3 rounds. ➡️ Think barbell curls, air squats, or movement that gets the joint through full range under light load. ➡️ Chill in the wrap between rounds and let the pump do its thing. You're aiming to decongest, desensitize, and reintroduce healthy blood flow without skipping the session. No VooDoo band? No problem. BFR cuffs like @trysuji can sub in too.
