Took a 15m break today before 6hr, then a 30 before 9hr, still had a 1x1 work time flash up at the tacho head saying I was at 9hr 50m, what the I thought. Had to repeatedly cancel it🙄

It's dangerous the length of time bus and lorry drivers are permitted to drive. Car drivers are advised to take a break after every 2 hours of driving.

I work for a housing company carrying out responsive repairs covering a large area. They ask us to be in vehicle at 07.30 but not paid until 8am and work till 16.30 then drive home but not paid until 17.00 for overtime is this correct driving commercial van

hi. we drive 3.5ton vanswe normally work 8am to 4pm with 1x break of 15 mins and a 1x break of 30mins. we then work extra on a rota of evening work where we then finish for a dinner break at 5pm then restart at 6pm to 11pm. we then restart work next day at 8am. are we still legal?
