We have that thing, and I know my cat isnt stressed; i think she just liked chewing plastic.. it annoys me so much, but I at least try to keep plastic away from her reach

not true. Cats chew plastic because it has a similar molecular structure to feline pheromones. Its not because of them having bad dental hygiene, they are just saying that to get people to buy the product
