@alexskitchenbangers: Peri Honey Halloumi Loaded Chips These are absolutely BANGIN. Golden air fried crispy chips, topped with pan fried halloumi tossed in a peri honey sauce. Loaded up and drizzled with garlic sauce, chilli jam and crispy onions 😍 super easy to throw together for dinner 🤌🏻 Craving more easy, delish recipes like this? My recipe app has 300+ recipes plus customisable meal plans to make life easier (link’s in my bio!) 🫶🏼 Ingredients (serves 2): 500g maris piper potato peeled and sliced into thin fries 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp peri salt A few pumps of olive oil spray 200g reduced fat halloumi cubed 15g honey 1 tsp peri sauce 25g nandos sweet chilli jam 2 tsp crispy onions A couple of sprigs of fresh parsley chopped Garlic sauce: 40g lighter mayo 1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp distilled vinegar Pinch of salt 💕Soak the potato in an ice bath for 10 minutes. Pat dry with a kitchen towel. Optional but it does make them super crispy! 💕Season with garlic granules, paprika and peri salt. Spray with a few pumps of olive oil spray before adding to the airfryer. Cook for 18-20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius or 30-35 minutes in the oven. 💕Make the garlic sauce with the ingredients listed. If needed, add a splash of water to loosen. 💕Mix together the honey and peri sauce. Set to one side. 💕Pan fry the halloumi for a couple of minutes each side until lightly golden. Pour in the peri honey and leave over low heat for a couple of minutes. 💕Serve the cooked chips before topping with the honey halloumi. 💕Drizzle over the garlic sauce and chilli jam. 💕Garnish with the crispy onions and fresh parsley.
