In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm water, milk, yeast, and caster sugar. 2. Gradually add the salt and flour, kneading the mixture into a soft, non-sticky dough. (The amount of flour may vary depending on its quality; add a little more if the dough is too soft.) 3. Cover the dough to prevent it from drying out and let it rest for 10 minutes to rise. 4. Transfer the dough to a clean surface and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball (baza). 5. Let the dough balls rest for another 10 minutes to rise again. 6. Using a rolling pin, flatten each dough ball into a round shape, about 20x20 cm. They should not be too thin. 7. Cook the flatbreads on a griddle or pan over medium-low heat, flipping them until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. 8. As soon as they are cooked, generously spread room-temperature butter over them. 9. After they cool down, you can store them in the freezer for later use.
