If your WiFi keeps dropping call and ask for more eeros to be installed. They’ve changed my entire speed within my house. Netgear had issues. Also ask them for a discount on your bill my bill is only 100 for the 1 gig speed

I pay $50 for T-Mobile home internet. It is the absolute best. We used to have windstream and their service was spotty and constantly in and out.

Starlink is the way to go. I had Comcast/Xfinity and it would always drop. Exact same situation you just explained. Was paying $120/month. Starlink is tge same amount

Wow, we have excellent 1 gig here in Chattanooga for 67 bucks a month or 2 gig for about 100. Excellent customer service if ever needed. Business has 10 gig availability.

$170 for 1 gig? I live about 15 minutes outside of Iowa city and get those speeds for way less than that

we just got metronet here in wisconsin we had it for a couple months and went back to our original provider...same here!!

We also had issues with our Interne,Metronet.. First thing after getting it, the neighbors got it, so they unplugged us and plugged them in. Then the boxes started to go offline ,so I restarted the boxes every day. After like 7 calls, they send a technician. Once he was here, they called him to tell him that our Internet is fine. He changed our boxes after I said that customer happiness should matter. Let's hope it works now. Also, one of the customer service people told me ,on a nice way, that we are 40 min on and getting nowhere.

I think a lot of internet companies and a lot of cell phone companies have really bad customer services now especially after Colvin another one ever know what the hell they're talking about either

Dang I live in Ankeny and we’ve had Metronet for the last 3 years and ours has been problem free minus the 2 small outages that lasted no more than 2 days. Glad to see someone local to me that I follow!
