@daveaizerspeaking: 🎤 Seven years ago I gave a speech at my brother’s wedding, and people still talk about it. Here’s how to give one your audience will remember(for the right reasons): ✅ Start strong. Skip the rambling thank-yous. Open with a great story or surprising moment. ✅ Tell ONE story. Fine, maybe two. Definitely not five. Make it emotional, visual, and tie it back to the couple. ✅ Land the ending. Toast. Wish. Pause. Just don’t fizzle out. ⚠️ And for the love of cake… keep it under 5 minutes. Ideally 3-4. You’re not doing a Netflix special - people want to drink and dance. Speak from the heart. Be present. That’s what people remember. 👇 What’s the best (or worst) wedding speech you’ve ever heard? #publicspeaking #speakingtips #weddingtoast #weddingspeech
