After taking seeds out I fill with cream cheese, wrap with one slice of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, pat and roll it in hands until it's a long egg shape then wrap bacon around it lay down on dry cookie sheet bacon ends down bake till bacon and sausage are done. I like mine a little crispy.
