This is correct The US citizen/taxpayer was created by the Internal z revenue Manual "Infant Decedent" 21.7.13.3.2.2(2) creating the all caps name estates held in trust. This is the 14th Amendment citizen of the corporation United States Also, civil rights are revokable corporate granted privileges No the same as constitutionally secured unalienable rights which are anticede to any government.

Wrong, Only American Veterans can use the Constitution and they need their State Real ID or Passport, Military Drivers License, and a International Driver’s License and maybe that will work. There is no such thing as a State Citizen only American National with a SSAN Number

You are correct, people need to understand there's a difference between a federal citizen, and a state citizen. The federal citizen has the 14th amendment and then if they look at the incorporation doctrine. a state citizen is a non-resident alien to the US corporation and therefore immune from all US courts according to US law unless you wave immunity

The thing is the constitution is a contract with the people to be governed under this contract. It doesn’t apply to us. It applies to them. They violate their contract and void the law or code if it violates any provision in the constitution.
