@deandrakanu: 1. Laser facials: Taking care of my skin is IMPORTANT to me. I like doing a lot of preventative care. I've done clear and brilliant, moxi, Morpheus 8 and some other lasers! They help stimulate collagen and increase the radiance of my skin. I started doing these more consistently in 2023 and don't wanna go back. Places l've been for lasers: @SkinSpirit and @SEV LASER AESTHETICS 2. Attend events or functions solo: this has helped me practice my social confidence. You can be confident all you want in the house until it's time to show up somewhere alone. l've been so proud of my ability to attend so many of these events (rarely knowing people there) and still enjoying the time. The next time you get invited somewhere don't be asking "who all is coming" - show up and create the vibe. 3. Weight / resistance training: for women specifically this is SO important to incorporate. I love my mat and reformer Pilates but I always continue to weight train. No you won't get big and bulky.
