@studyingsom: Both are Savvy B!! There’s definitely more differences between Pouilly Fume and Sancerre than a river and geographical lines. However only true wine nerds will care that Pouilly fume has a higher concentration of flint in the soils along with a few other small differences but in the big ways the wines are very similar. So don’t skip over the Pouilly-Fume because you don’t recognize the name :) #winetimе #sauvignonblanc #winetiktok
