this also happened to me for beyoncé so i went to guest services and they moved me to a floor seat for free! that was also rogers centre so you can give that a try going forward 😭

Omg I had the same issue. A2 floor. The building decorations hid the front of the stage. Complained to fan services and they did nothing i was so disappointed. $500
