I see the ingredients but do a ACV stand for apple cider vinegar and how much salt and sugar do I need? Also, could you tell me the type of peppers that you’re using? I think one of them are Thai peppers and jalapeños, but I don’t know what the third one is thank you very much.

This has been on my list for the past couple weeks but I am still using a quar I made last year. When it was running low on vinegar about a month ago, I topped it off with more vinegar and it’s like new. Enjoy!!
