wirh the new auto crafter you can make a self sufficient dried kelp block farm. as each dried kelp block can smelt two more dried kelp blocks. you can collect the overflow as an automatic renewable fuel source with zero player input.

Does it really matter tho? Carpet dupper, bamboo farm, kelp, lava, wood or just coal? They al work its really just your personal preference and the build that you need it for.
