I’ve had these before and they are comfortable when laying on your back or relaxing but not for laying on your side if your head is flat on a pillow versus the pillow mostly supporting the weight of your head from your neck. if you have sensory issues like me they can be a nice break between headphone types or for relaxing. They do not noise cancel or noise reduce.

I have some like these and they have been a lifesaver when sharing a hotel room! I can't handle snoring, so it turn them on to a box fan noise and it drowns out everything and I actually sleep
