@hidprk: Kim Jong Un Has Photo Taken with Artillerymen Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of DPRK, met and posed for a photo on July 26 with officers and soldiers of the 2nd Battery of the 3rd Battalion of the 16th Artillery Regiment of the 28th Infantry Division of the 4th Corps of KPA. The artillery unit was invited as special guests to celebrations marking the 72nd anniversary of victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War. The participants were filled with immense excitement and joy as they took this meaningful photo at the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum—a grand temple of education in victory traditions that encapsulates the war victory history of Juche Korea—with the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, whom they had always missed during their honorable service in defending the country’s and people’s security. Kim Jong Un warmly congratulated the courageous artillerymen, who set an example in implementing the Party’s training-first policy. He stated that in wartime, a soldier skilled in combat is a hero, and in peacetime, a soldier excelling in training is equally a hero. Expressing confidence in the battery’s soldiers, he urged them to firmly carry forward the fighting spirit of the victorious wartime generation and prepare more thoroughly to become “a-match-for-a-hundred” artillerymen. These soldiers, he emphasized, should stand at the vanguard, ready to break through to victory with the strongest and most merciless fire of justice at critical moments. He then posed with them for a photo that will be forever recorded in the history of army building. After the photo session, shouts from KPA soldiers echoed far and wide, reflecting their pledge to loyally defend to the death the Party Central Committee led by the great Comrade Kim Jong Un.
