Oh that's been the worst bit 🫣 the back sleeping when not used to it is impossible sometimes nights, others you're so tired you do !

Was very tough for me. Just graduated to side sleep with pillow between legs. Much better

my bed is memory foam and springs it's so comfy I had a small cushion under my knees last night as I was really uncomfortable, I've got my back position ok. also did u find your operated side the whole leg was swollen/ puffy ?? I 1 wk post hip op xx

how do u sit on my sofa my feet don't touch the floor anyway as I'm short my sofa is recliner. sounds odd could u sit on your sofa and take a pic and put it under my comment please x
