About a year after being diagnosed ADHD, I asked my doctor if I need iron cause I have bruises all the time. She said “no you have ADHD” based on where they are, “you just run into stuff too much” lol. And like she’s right but savage lol

I struggle to eat because my jaw pops in and out. My knees over extends and I often trip. How high is your heartrate @RØRY? I wonder if it's higher than a normal person's. mine resting is 115-125 if i stand up it's 130-140. Apparently it's sort of linked to adhd/autism and hypermobility.
