Get on a low estrogen birth control. Helps with perimenopause and my doctor told me to not take the sugar pills (the last week) to continually skip my period. I haven’t had a period in over six months. The best thing ever!

2 words- endometrial ablation. Highly recommended! Got one 10 yrs ago. No period and still have all my parts 🙂 it’s a quick procedure and I stayed awake and got to see what the doc was seeing during it.

Girl I was so happy to have a hysterectomy at 31. I couldn't handle my periods anymore, they were awful. I still have my ovaries though. I couldn't imagine going through that shit at 48.

Have you thought of getting a uterine ablation? I got mine almost 10 years ago and haven’t bled since. Highly recommend!

Agreed. Is there not a chemical menopause option. We just chemically cook the system and then take replacement hormones.
