the response time is completely acceptable.....when you're not the one getting kicked in the head, and having that many people at these events is ALL THE MORE reason these people need to be held accountable. Only 3or 4 people out of thousands got stomped in the head.THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

This ain't right and this is also why I don't go into Cincy unless I absolutely have to. The Mayor of the City was trying to make it out like Cincinnati is not like this and how they've been wanting to draw in people to the city to visit. He's full of it. I don't live that far away from Cincinnati and most the people I know don't like going to Cincy either. There's alot.... of sketchy extremely dangerous areas in Cincinnati
