Because there is mold, by law in Maryland, the property HAS to assess and remediate within 15 days. This law was passed on July 1st! Make sure you read your mold addendum in your lease agreement as well. Go to Montgomery county if they don’t move fast enough. Mold is a serious health concern!

You need to call the health department. They will help you stand out to lease agent and this not health and can great mold through time .. neeed file report !!! Funny thing is I was about move there two year ago!! Wow it’s unacceptable!!! CALL the Montgomery health department !!!
